These are a very old pair of vintage antique knickers or bloomers that were worn under the big skirts with corsets back in the 1800's. Open thru the crotch area. Antique lingerie of it's day... Edwardian or Victorian. Crisp white cotton with wonderful crochet trim. They tie at the waist.
