This is a very special and adorable antique / vintage blouse from the 1920's. The colors on the embroidery are just so pretty & unusual in soft pastels, and other colors. Sometimes these tops or this style is called Hungarian blouses, or peasant style tops. What ever you call them, they're just so cute and one of our favorites! We think it's made of soft sheer white cotton with cotton embroidery on front, sides and back, but it has no labels to be sure, but it feels like cotton. It has no buttons or other closures, it's a pull over style. Unlined. In really great condition. This is from the flapper era, the '20's.
- We have LAY-A-WAY! - See "Ordering + Lay Away" page for details.
No stains or repairs. Minor general wear for it's age. It has what looks like possible snags in back on the upper back area (see photos) but we think it's just the natural way the fabric is woven. We darkened it so it would show up in photos, it is very minor. There are a few very tiny pinholes here & there but you need to look hard to find them. There are 2 in front. To be expected for being 100 years old, its in really great condition for a flapper era blouse.Label:
