Here's a stunning 1920's 30's vintage velvet top & skirt dress set. A gorgeous deep maroon silk & cotton velvet fabric makes this so special...we love this! The skirt is all semi sheer unlined silk cut out velvet with little metal snaps on one side. The top is a solid, probably cotton, velvet bodice with matching cutout velvet sleeves. Button details on waist and in front, button closure in back of neck, unlined. This looks like it was custom made for the owner...well done with straight seams, etc.

Condition Details: No holes or stains on skirt. No stains or fading of any velvet top or bottom. Minor general wear on both. The only flaws are 2 and they're on the blouse: one small hole on shoulder of one sleeves (see photo) & a slight darkening to velvet at waist where top was either tucked into skirt or a belt was worn.
