1940's Black Velvet Red Tulle Hips Dress - S
Here's a very special and unusual vintage 40's evening dress...very dramatic... Black silk velvet fitted pencil wiggle dress with big red tulle & velvet puffs at each hip. So dramatic! The bodice lightly boned & sprinkled with pearls & rhinestones. There's a metal zipper in the back. Just stunning!

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Very minor wear. Most all stones are in place. We reinforced a few.
