This is an adorable vintage women's tilt top hat from the 40's. It has that chic military influence that was so popular back then during the war. Chocolate brown felt with a matching hat pin in back and leaf design on the side. It has no straps or clips. Inside is unlined. This hat came from the estate of the original owner in New Orleans.
