This is an elegant dusty rose pink lace vintage party dress from the late 40's early 50's. It's made of an iridescent sharkskin taffeta liner in a matching dusty pink color with 2 ruffle layers around the bottom full skirt. Under the semi sheer lace it has thin straps. It's also lined in a fabric used back then to keep the skirt full with a stiffening liner that feels like paper. It has a metal zipper on the side and the trim is ruched silk velvet. It has darts. It was a very difficult dress to photograph...the color is not the prettiest. In person is a soft warm dusty rose pink. We also tried to show the collar velvet as close as possible. That is the only part of the dress with a flaw.

Condition Details: No holes or stains to lace. Only Minor Wear. There is only one issue with this on the top of the neck velvet on the shoulder but towards the back there is some gray soiling. Probably from storage. The neck velvet has wear to it but the rest of the dress looks almost new. Doesn't look like food just dirt. If it had no soiling it would be $525.00. We dry cleaned it. You can always repair it or sew flowers over it etc...
