1940's Ivory Strapless Gown/ Dress

This vintage dress is really beautiful. Circa late 40's early 50's. A classic style never to go out of fashion. Strapless boned bodice, zipper on the side, cotton floral ric rac trim, sheer pale light beige or ivory colored organza over rayon acetate liner. Not pure white. It's too big for the mannequin so the fit in the photos is not prefect. Keep in mind most people have dresses, especially formals, tailored to fit.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Minimal wear. 1 small repair in the chiffon in front skirt. Not too noticeable. There is a significant repair to the inside liner but it does not show through to the front.  There is some faint discoloration at the very bottom of the skirt on the edge of the hem, maybe 2" wide. Not very noticeable unless you look for it. Price reflects flaws.
