1940's Vintage Petticoat White

This vintage late 30's / early 40's petticoat is just so pretty and can also be worn as a skirt. It has a white cotton liner underneath so it's not sheer at all. Light and soft cotton with lace & ruching and an elastic waist band make for a gorgeous delicate looking piece! At some pint someone did a professional job of shortening it at the top seam but can easily be let back down.


Condition Details: No holes or stains. No wear really, other than from washing.

Label: Colony Club Patent Pending - There's a small stamp on the elastic "smith".

Waist: Stretches from 26" - 36"

Hips: 42"

Total length: 25" plus 2.5" if you let it back down
