1940's Virgin Islands Print Vintage Skirt

This is a vintage 40's early 50's full skirt from the Virgin Islands. The vintage fabric print is very collectible on it's own. Black & white cotton. No layers underneath. Hooks at the waist.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Minimal wear.
