We're so madly in love with this adorable war time vintage dress! The soft mustard yellow semi sheer fabric is gorgeous. What a wonderful piece of history! It was used in a movie and the actress or her characters name is still stapled onto the inside designer tag. It reads "Viola B" . That's still a common practice in movies to put the name of the character or actress on the clothing that they wear in the movie. We do not know any details about which movie but this dress is from the 30's to 40's. It has shoulder pads, big gorgeous buttons that we love almost as much as, or more than the dress itself. Dress has a metal side zipper and is unlined. A perfect example of why we are so crazy for quality vintage clothing!
