1950's Big Straw Orange Floral Derby Garden Hat

This is one amazing vintage hat. Circa 1950's. The photos can't show the detail and quality that went into this gorgeous big vintage derby / garden party hat. The straw is so finely woven & so tight it feels like fabric. It's made of thousands of tiny rows of braided straw. The color is also wonderful... a soft burnt orange. It also has the original matching hat pin amongst the pink & green silk flowers. It's so glamorous, It can be pulled down so you can wear it 2 ways, as we show in the photos, to cover more of your face if you wish to hide from the paparazzi! The entire hat measures 17" X 17", it fits most all head sizes as it just sits lightly on the top of your head. It does not fit down around your head. The inside is even detailed with matching ribbons and bows. No labels. A wonderful collectors item.

Condition Details: NO flaws. No holes or stains. Looks worn only 1 or 2 times.
