1950's Blue Silk India Style Halter Dress

Amazing! The finest silk in royal blue and metallic gold. Indian style print with the cutest halter cut. Lined in blue silk, boned bodice, metal zipper in back. Hooks behind the neck or in the back but the straps were too short for our mannequin (see photo) so we think the new owner will have to add ties to the ends of the straps, to her liking, in order for the top to fit perfectly. Easy to do just sew ribbon on the ends and tie. There is a little extra fabric at zipper & side seams (maybe 1/2 to 1").


Condition Details:  No holes or stains.  Minimal but some slight wear. The only real flaw is on the left side of strap near where arm rubbed against silk, it's faded there with a tad of staining but is hard to see as the straps are gathered and they get covered in the folds. 1 or 2" in size.
