Here's another
beautiful baby pink vintage 50's petticoat. This one is very full with
tons of ruffles. The sheer layer is nylon tulle. Underneath is cotton
with a bottom ruffled layer. These hard to find items are the
ones you want if the desired effect is to have a slim waist & hips
but you want the skirt to flare out nice & full.
