1950's Vintage Ice Figure Skating Dress

Now here is a very rare find...a vintage ice/figure skating dress circa mid to late 50's. We acquired 2 of these from the original owner who was an ice skater back in the day. She told us she had them both made for her competitions. This was worn with black briefs underneath that are not included. The skirt and other parts of the dress is made of 2 layers of sheer black silk chiffon with lace sleeves that have gold metallic thread sewn through out. Zipper in the back & on both cuffs, & metal & crystal rhinestones around the neckline. Lined in black rayon acetate. Very well made with little metal snaps and hooks and a silk bow in the back to cover the zipper.
