We love Bill Tice. He knew how to design sexy clothing. This long vintage 70's dress is very sexy the way it wraps and hugs your shape... Especially the bust. It wraps and ties at the waist. Will fit many sizes. Fuchsia pink cotton with black trim, simple and chic.
