1970's Blue Scarf Blouse

We search high & low for these vintage 60's 70's blouses and dresses made of these printed silky scarfs. This one is adorable with the elastic smocked waist and very long sleeves. Color is a royal blue with browns & golds.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Very minimal wear. Elastic is like new.
