This is an adorable vintage mini skirt from the 70's. It has adjustable drawstring lace and ribbon bows in front on both sides that can be tied up like a can can dancer. This skirt has an elastic waist and is unlined. It's a little bit sheer, we think it's cotton voile or a similar blend...has no tags. You might want to wear Spanx underneath or it looks adorable with leggings... thigh high leggings also look great.
