Made in the 70's but it's a copy of a classic flapper 20's style dress. The dropped waist has little flapper style gathers at the hips, hard to see amongst the flowers but they are there. The side hem drop down low as you can see in the photos. Unlined soft gauzy cotton from India. Colors are black with multi colored floral print. Gorgeous! VERY Posh Hippie.
