The photos don't at all do these cute vintage leggings justice. They should be on a model or mannequin with legs to see just how cute they are. But for now we'll try to describe them as best we can. They are circa 80's, Flash Dance era, soft cotton lycra like leggings or body suit with slits in them all the way down the ankle length legs. They tie behind the neck or any way you want, even around the waist. The color is a hot pink but not florescent. Stretchy so they fit almost any size. Layer with skirts , ankle boots, etc.. Looks adorable!
