A flapper era dress. We think this is too sweet not to be seen so we would wear it out as a day dress but it can also be layered under other clothing or used as a slip. Made of crisp white all cotton with a big band of intricate hand made cotton crochet around the bottom. It's a slip on style with no hooks or other closures. It has gathers on the side of both hips that was very typical of dresses back in the 20's. We're madly in love with this dress!

Condition Details: Freshly hand washed in non toxic soap. White - NO yellowing. No holes or stains. Minor/normal general all over wear. It's almost 100 years old so some general wear is to be expected but for it's age it's really in great condition. Very wearable! Crochet is in amazing condition. The only flaw is a few pinholes in the front (see up close photo): We chose to leave them as is, & let the new owner choose if or how to fix them. They are very easily repairable with a stitch or 2 of white thread or if you wear white underneath they disappear. We'll stitch them up for you if you request it.

Ivory silk with colorful floral print that looks hand painted but it's probably silk screened. The split fluttery sleeves and the very bottom are colored with a pretty pink red wash, looks like watercolors almost. The waistband has brand new elastic, the top of the shoulders have fabric covered buttons for closure. Unlined. Our current most favorite dress!

Condition Details: Freshly dry cleaned at a non toxic dry cleaners. No holes or stains. Only very minor general wear to fabric. The gorgeous colors look hand painted or hand silk screened so we don't know for sure if it's original or not but there are a few very small & faint areas of pink here and there that we cant tell if they are the color running or its how the print was made. Either way they do not effect the wearing and look great and pretty but we want to mention it just to be sure. They're so faint they only show up in the photos a little bit.

The waist is elastic and it still has it's original tie belt. Unlined. The fabric has no tags so we don't know exactly what it is but it's semi sheer, man made, light and flowy. We think this would make a wonderful vintage wedding dress, especially if it's a country or beach themed wedding.

Some might call this a vintage Mexican style dress, the fabric is very similar to the kind used on many vintage Mexican wedding dresses. We just call it chic!

The fabric on this dress is just amazing. The most crisp soft lightweight cotton you have ever felt. There are no tags so we don't know exactly what it's made of but we wouldn't be surprised if it had a touch of silk or rayon or something in it. Or maybe it's just the top of the line cotton. They don't make fabric like this unless you pay an arm and a leg, these days. That's one of the reasons vintage is so popular. To get the same quality in a modern garment you have to pay top dollar for a designer piece. This dress is the softest of yellow in amazing condition, a full pleated skirt, buttons in the front and has the original matching belt. The belt is great because it slides to adjust size, it has no holes so it fits any size easily. The front of the neckline has a built in ribbon tie that adds so much to it's femininity. This vintage designer Dress is unlined and from the 50's - 60's. The photos don't do it justice.

Unlined, both have pink metal zippers in the back. The skirt has knife pleats around the waist and flares out really full. It's way too big for our mannequin so the fit in the photos is not the best. This is a rare find.

Not only because it's such a cute atomic style Eames era dress but it's a plus sized / large size vintage dress which is very rare to find. Usually larger vintage sizes are matronly and not attractive. This 50's dress has that wonderful classic atomic style we love so much...mid century chic! It was very hard to photograph because it had to be clipped in on the mannequin to show the shape. The fabric is adorable...light pink with a silver print. The shoulders and hip pockets are sprinkled in faux pearls and rhinestones. We LOVE the shoulder and sleeves details and style. Dress is unlined, metal zipper in back. Such a sexy vintage dress & not sexy for plus size...just sexy!

We absolutely love this designer label Jack Bryant, he made the cutest most feminine vintage dresses in the 60's and 70's. This dress can be worn both day and night. It's lined in white/ivory rayon and zips up the back. We love the flattering surplus neckline with big white lapels with little cotton balls on the edges. We show the dress with a black velvet ribbon belt tied around the waist. It's not included with the dress, we used it for inspiration. It also looks adorable in other colors like white, blue, & green, or any color you like to match your shoes. The skirt is full and fluttery and so adorable!

This fabric print is in greens, blues, & black. A really pretty abstract Pucci influenced print.Every bit as cool and high quality as Pucci clothing. The waistband is elastic, still strong and stretchy and it zips in the back. Unlined. It's too big for our size 4 mannequin.

Condition Details: No holes. At 1st look dress looks almost new. Colors are still nice & crisp. Only normal minor all over wear. Elastic is still strong & stretchy. If you inspect it real close you can see the vintage age & small flaws like these: There's very slight fading of green color just below waist seam & a few other minor places where the fabric folds. It's so faint it doesn't show up on pics & is only seen when you pull out fabric flat & look up close. On the side slits fabric is backed with black lace & it shows through slightly (see photo). These small normal issues do not effect the wearing at all. But if you're one of the few who want a flawless new dress this is not for you.

They have buttoned cuffs around the arm that are snug then it puffs out up to the shoulders. Metal zipper in back, unlined, very well made. Fabric has slight stretch to it for comfort. So sweet and adorable! A real rare special dress. It's way too big for our mannequin which is nice for a change but it doesnt look good in the photos because of the size. Its one of the cutest dresses we have. You must see it in person. Something Bettie Page would have worn...sweet yet sexy...just like Bettie - PHOTOS DON'T DO THIS DRESS JUSTICE!

It has a built in bra, the straps button in the back, it has elastic stitching all around the bodice, is unlined except for the bust, and has a very full tea length skirt. This dress is way too big for the mannequin we had to clip it in to show the shape of the dress.

The ultimate sexy bohemian hippie dress. We LOVE the scarf hem. It's very flattering and so Stevie Nicks. This dress zips in back, bodice is lined skirt is not, & dress is made of a pretty lightweight fabric (probbaly poly or nylon) with a print of butterflies, paisley, and florals in browns, white, and black. It's trimmed with a wide black grosgrain fabric around the bottom of the skirt and the top of the bodice. Very hard to find this adorable style anymore. In the front it has the wonderful layered shelf bust style...fitted on top and flared at the bottom with the really full circle style skirt. It has a built in white cotton bra inside and zips in back. The strap is halter style & buttons on. So feminine and adorable yet sexy too! A real classic bombshell dress. This dress is so sought after & is a collectors item. A classic pin up style dress. It's also rare because it's a bigger size. Most vintage dresses are tiny & have a 24" waist but this dress is for more normal modern girls... a bit bigger.

Very rich hippie style vintage dress. The quality and beauty and sheer coolness makes this our new favorite! This dress works for both day or night. All you need is a change of accessories. It has a matching tie belt and sheer shawl that can be tied around the waist or worn over the shoulders. The  bodice is so pretty, the chiffon is stretchy & sewn to be delicately puckered. So soft...Springtime in a dress. Much more beautiful in person. Fits many sizes.

This vintage maxi dress is from the late 1960's to early 1970's and the skirt flares out really wide, & it's so flowy and light it has wonderful movement. It's such a chic rich hippie bohemian style it's one of our current top 5 favorites. A few years ago we had another dress just like it only it was a mini dress & it sold really quickly, but we prefer the long maxi style. The bodice is fitted and backless, it zips in back and buttons behind the neck. The waist is a bit small but if you had to it's easy to add fabric to the sides of the zipper or make it lace up in back...we've seen that done many times successfully. Another classic dress that will never go out of style!

The dress also has 2 attached tie belts to the sides so you can tie it in the back and give it a fitted waist. It has a metal side zipper & it buttons closed at the back of the neck. Unlined creamy white rayon that has pretty flowy movement, not heavy & stiff at all. It reminds us of those cute little vintage dresses Taylor Swift wears on stage sometimes. This one's a red and white Hawaiian print cotton summer dress with the cutest bodice design. The skirt is very full, it's a pull over style with no zippers or other closures. There is elastic on both sides of the bodice all the way top to bottom. The halter style neck straps have real coconut vintage buttons. This dress is way too big for our mannequin, we had to clip it in at the waist to show the shape.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Looks unworn. The only possibly issue would be the elastic, it has about 2" of stretch but it might have lost some over the years. It's NOT dry at all & still has good stretch but it probably had more when it was new. If you want dress a smaller size or elastic more stretchy elastic can be easily replaced by any dry cleaners or tailor.

In addition to a pretty party dress or reception dress, this would also be perfect for a vintage wedding dress for the bride who doesn't want to wear white. All it needs is a simple slip to wear underneath in yellow or nude - We're currently looking for a yellow slip just for this dress. We'll update this page when/if we find one.

It's see through so you need a blue , nude, or what ever color you like, slip underneath. This style of fabric is in the fashion magazines. It's unlined, well made, & in a nice larger size which is very rare for dresses this old. It buttons all the way down the front. This special vintage art deco era day dress is so feminine and flattering too.

Ultra sheer silk chiffon in a navy blue with white polka dots. Light and flowy chiffon in wonderful condition. It only has 1 small repair to one sleeve near the shoulder. You can hardly see it unless you go hunting for it. This flapper era dress is a pull over style with no zippers or other closures. The bodice is lined in a very sheer netting. The right side of the bodice in front has an adorable flowy later just on the one side. It's attached at the shoulder  and hangs like a scarf. One needs a slip under this dress, it's pretty sheer.

This dress is too big for our mannequin so the fit is not great in the photos.

Pamela Anderson wore an almost identical dress with nothing under it a few years ago at a Grammy awards show...it was a different color but other than that it was the same. This is an original vintage dress from the 70's and is red and black. The red has a slight orange tone to it..scarlet but it is red.

The dress has a layer of sheer chiffon over the long simple maxi dress that has a flattering shape you can see under the chiffon. It also has a matching sheer chiffon cape-let that goes over the shoulders & ties at the neck.
Zips in back, unlined. It has no fabric content labels but the chiffon is probably rayon. It's a designer label by Pat Richards and the quality reflects it...it's very nice! The color is a super pretty soft pastel peach.

In front there are 8 little black buttons with rhinestone centers in front. The cutest part of this 50's dress are the 2 big puffy pockets with bows on them. It has a side metal zipper, & is unlined.

This adorable dress has a very full skirt, 3/4 length sleeves, & a metal side zipper. Unlined, it's very sheer. We show it with and with out a petticoat which is not included. It also looks great worn with just a white lip underneath. The fabric is probbaly rayon or nylon but not the kind you see on night gowns, this is smooth and does not stretch. Just one of the sweetest & most feminine vintage dresses we've seen in a while.

It has it's original tie belt & a big matching shawl that we show around waist /hips... It gives it an almost 1930's feel. This dress is so versatile...it's perfect for a casual day of shopping in flats & it also looks great for a night out when you add some sexy strappy stiletto heels or Louboutin wedge heels. A classic that will never go out of style.

It's a slip on style with no zippers just one button on top of one shoulder. There are no fabric content labels but we are pretty sure it's rayon. It is definitely not nylon.  The waistband is elastic. This long maxi length vintage dress is from the 70's and is really versatile. It can be dressed up for night with sexy high heels or dressed down for the day in a posh hippie boho casual style with sandals or espadrilles. It's sheer so it needs a slip or spanx underneath. It has side slits on the bottom of the skirt. A really special and chic dress.

Fabric is stretchy unlined poly. There is elastic under the bust/ around ribcage. Floor length or maxi length with no side slits.

This one is super chic made of soft unlined cotton with a print almost identical to the one Kate Moss is wearing in the photo we added. Allot of these were made in India, Morocco,  or Pakistan. This one has no label. The colors are tan, red, & blue. Scarf shaped sleeves, flowy flared shape to the body of the dress. It has no zippers or buttons, pull over style. Great for so many things like the beach or a casual day shopping.

If you love that natural boho bohemian chic style like Nicole Richie wears than you'll love this vintage long /maxi dress. We love this dress so much! Made in the 70's but it's a copy of a classic flapper 20's style dress. The dropped waist has little flapper style gathers at the hips, hard to see amongst the flowers but they are there. The side hem drop down low as you can see in the photos. Unlined soft gauzy cotton from India. Colors are black with multi colored floral print. Gorgeous! VERY Posh Hippie.

A designer vintage mini dress in a tunic style. Almost impossible to find this label anymore. The color is a soft pink. It has a zipper on one side, unlined. The fabric has some fading to it not in one place just all over from age. Other than that it's in great condition. We reinforced the underarm seams.
