Dress is made with a pale beige flesh colored rayon acetate liner & an ultra sheer pale blush pink outer chiffon layer. It gives it a soft beige-y color with a pink hue but it's not a pink dress. This beautiful dress is tea length, has a full skirt, zips in back, & has a sheer neckline with scalloped arm openings. This adorable dress would make the perfect vintage wedding dress! Especially for the bride that doesn't want to wear white. Just so pretty.

We think it would make a special vintage wedding dress for the bride that doesn't want to wear white, or a super adorable reception dress. It would be great for so many occasions, not just a wedding. It has it's own pink tulle petticoat underneath, is unlined, & has a brand new pink side zipper that goes all the way up the side so it's very easy to get on. We love the surplus neckline and the full tea length skirt, it's so flattering on. This vintage party dress also has delicate bead work on the skirt and one side of the bodice. The color is our favorite, a very soft pale pink with a hint of ivory sheen to it. The fabric is stunning!

In the back on the skirt toward the bottom there is a very faint slight darkened area that does not show up on the photos it's so light. We actually missed it at 1st because it is so hard to see.

Condition Details: Minor general wear. For it's age & delicate fabric it's actually in amazing condition. We had the seams around the arms reinforced. There are no major holes just a few very very small ones in the lace that are just naturally there... no tears. No stains. There is slight darkening on the seams around the shoulder and arm seams, mostly just on the inside but it's very faint. Normal minor age issues.

If you want to change the color of the waist band, the blue belt can be easily removed by a tailor, it's sewn on. The color is not a bright pure white but a soft pale ivory or bone white. So elegant... old Hollywood glamor style from the 1930's / '40's. The color is gorgeous in a soft creamy ivory. Perfect for a wedding dress or party dress. The lace around the waist and bodice is cotton. This beautiful long dress has a hidden side metal zipper, is unlined & has shoulder pads that are original to the dress. The bottom of the skirt is cut on a bias and is tapered longer on the sides slightly...very Art Deco. There are no fabric tags but we think it's rayon. It's light to medium weight, flowy, slinky, elegant. So rare for a dress this old to be in a larger size  like this is. A real find!

Condition Details: At 1st look dress looks new. No holes. Very minor general wear. Crochet looks almost new. The only flaws are very tiny like in the photo, a small speck on the back shoulder, one pinhole in the skirt in front down by the knees that gets lost in the folds. All get lost easily they're so faint. There are a few slightly darker spots ( 1/2" at the most) near the very bottom edge of fabric just from normal but light general wear.

It has a very full layered tulle skirt also sprinkled with smaller stones. It has a white metal side zipper & boning in the bodice. In the back the satin falls all the way down to the floor in a flared mermaid style train. This is a very rare gown/dress that only comes along once or twice in a lifetime these days. The only real flaw with it is just the all over vintage wear... It's about 60 years old, so please do not expect a brand new mint condition gown. You can see the wear only when you look up close. NO yellowing. It is all pure white. There was a new piece of tulle sewn on amateurishly in front to cover a tear in the original tulle. We left it as is... for photos it's fine but for a wedding dress you will want it repaired properly. The rest of the tulle looks great, this is not a major issue at all. It was cleaned & steamed by hand but, after shipping, it will probably be wrinkled a bit & need a professional pressing. It has had a few small repairs to seams. You'll probably want to have it tailored to fit you perfectly & it can be made a bit bigger by a professional adding white fabric to seams &/or zipper. Most stones are intact but a few small ones are missing. Price reflects condition. Please read our condition chart we want you to be happy when you receive this amazing dress!

This wonderful style would go so well in many types of weddings to a dressy city wedding to a casual beach or country wedding. It all depends on how you accessorize this wonderful wedding dress. It needs a slip or undergarment of some kind underneath. A simple silk slip would look lovely! It has a train in back, the front is aprox floor length depending on the height of the bride of course. The long sleeves are pointed with a lot of small lace covered bridal buttons up the wrist. This wedding dress has a classic simple Jackie - O style. We just love it!

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Only Minor General Wear mostly just to zipper. Silk Looks really good. The only slight flaw is on the very bottom near hem is an area that is slightly darker ivory. We mean slight, we missed it after 2 of us inspected it. If you pull out the skirt on one side it looks like maybe from storage or something it is subtly darker. It gets lost in folds easily and we tried to take a photo of it but it doesn't show up much at all (see skirt photo). It does not effect the wearing but if you are extra picky you might not want it. The rest of the dress looks like new. Price reflects this small issue.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Only Minor Wear. The only real signs of wear are on tulle, the very edge & a few small holes here & there & one small repair on the crown to the tulle(see pic). We're sure a pro can redo this repair better. We just chose to leave it. The holes in veil gets lost in the folds. We also think it would be pretty to have new tulle added in either white or peach but it doesn't need it. Maybe just a trim at the bottom edge to clean it up.

Replace the zipper and it's an easy fit. This will be a wonderful wedding dress for the vintage bride that doesn't want a cookie cutter wedding dress... Old Hollywood glamor!

At the very bottom hem where dress touches the floor there are a few faint splash like stains but they are very minimal about 2" wide X 1" tall. We stitches up a couple pinholes near the hem too but other than that fabric is gorgeous! At some point years ago, someone put in a metal zipper that is about 3" shorter than the original one...see photo. We left it as is but having a tailor put in a longer zipper would be easy and make it a bigger size.

It's too big for our size 3/4 mannequin so the fit in the photos is not the best. The color is white, not yellowed or off white.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Only minor general wear. The front has no issues it's pretty close to perfect but there is 1 flaw in the back. One tiny pinhole in the sheer netting near center of back, it hardly shows at all especially on lighter colored skin, but it was repaired slightly with a tiny white thread which can be removed. Some of the white fabric covered buttons have been replaced and some original ones have slight darkening color from age. We have spent a lot of time and money cleaning and repairing this dress. It has a slight bit of typical vintage wear but no major flaws, but not like new. -- See photo with black arrow it shows a small faint yellow spot next to button. It's a small light spot rust from the vintage button.

Construction is fairly simple & well done so alterations should not be a problem. It has such an Elizabeth Taylor style...A classic wedding dress that will never go out of fashion!

This is the sweetest little vintage wedding dress. Circa late 50's early 60's... this pure white lace vintage dress has a pink satin belt with a bow in the front, metal zipper in the back, skirt has 3 layers: sheer lace top layer, organza layer that peaks out under the lace, & liner. Fully lined in white acetate.


Condition Details: This would be MINT if it were not for a small 1" repair on the bottom edge of skirt in the front & a slight bit of general wear to fabric from cleaning. Repair is very minimal & does not affect the wearing. No holes or stains. Pink satin has next to no wear or flaws.

This is the most desirable & sought after style for a wedding dress. This special vintage dress was made in the mid 1950's & would make the perfect wedding dress. The ivory/cream organza is gorgeous and sheer with a rayon liner & it's own white tulle petticoat under the skirt. It 's not pure white but a soft natural ivory color. The waistband is ruched as are the sleeves, metal zipper in the back that's covered with a line of bows. One matching bow on the chest along with floral appliqués. The top of the chest & sleeves are sheer. Perfection!



Condition Details: No holes or stains. No yellowing, some general but very minimal wear not in any one place. We made a few small repairs to the seams on the top of the shoulders. Each side has about a 1 to 2" repair on the edge of seam where neckline & shoulder seam meet. There are about 2 pinholes on the bottom hem in the very back of skirt below the bows.

The style is so adorable. Short sleeves & chest is sheer with sequins in front, fitted bodice and a very full and frilly lace skirt. White lace and tons of white tulle over an ivory acetate liner. Metal zipper in the back, skirt has 4 layers. The back of the skirt has tiers of tulle and the front has sheer lace. A gorgeous combination & style. The perfect princess vintage wedding dress!



Condition Details: This would be MINT if it were not for a few small repairs to the lace at the bottom of the skirt & near top of shoulder. No holes or stains. Very Minimal Wear.
