1950's White Sheer Organdy Full Skirt Dress - S

We fell madly in love with this adorable vintage dress the second we laid eyes on it! Circa 1950's...so sweet & simple...a classic vintage dress that would make the most precious wedding dress! It's only flaw is the waist size...22". A� seamstress can add some white organdy to the waist, and make it bigger, we've seen that done many times. If any dress deserves it, it's this one! Sheer pure white organdy with delicate rhinestone buttons in front. The top actually snaps closed with little metal snaps & the buttons are sewn on top for looks. The dress opens all the way down the front, the skirt has metal hooks at the waist in front, is open all the way down the front. It was meant to be layered over a slip or simple slip dress. It has an adorable long bow tie in front at the neck, can be tied or left hanging.The skirt is very full.
- Listed right next to this dress is a strapless white organdy dress that might be the inside liner to this dress (Item#:WED906). You'll need to see & decide for yourself. We acquired them from the same estate, they're made of the same fabric, & are the same size. But we don't know if they're officially a set. They're sold separately.

Here is an adorable little girls vintage dress from the 50's. New old stock, never worn with original tags. It's a 2 piece set. A white crisp cotton blouse and a red pleated flared adorable vintage dress. It has a fabric scotty dog with a rhinestone eye on the chest pocket. Buttons in the back, unlined. Perfect condition. A rare adorable find for a little girl. We think it's cotton but there are no fabric content tags. It doesn't get any cuter than this!

How adorable is this little bohemian baby top...white soft cotton linen or a blend possibly. Circa late 60's early 70's. Ornately embroidered with yellow and gold cotton on the front and back with little fringe ties in front. Unlined. In wonderful condition... hardly used if at all. It's a pull over style with no zippers or other closures.

These photos don't do this amazing vintage baby dress justice! The fabric is just gorgeous...soft wispy sheer silk organza in a natural nude ivory beige color with red & green roses embroidered down one side. The sweet little cap sleeves are too cute for words. Skirt has a white sheer silk liner and the front of the bodice has 2 layers of ivory silk. Buttons in the back. Circa 1960's it's a classic that will never go out of fashion.

Here's one amazing & RARE vintage top / blouse for a girl. So sophisticated and glamorous yet it's a smaller size to fit a young girl... not a baby or child. Puff cap sleeves, snaps in front with faux buttons, and ties at the waist. Shoulders/top of sleeves have a pad inside to keep their shape. Late 30's early 40's girls vintage blouse. The fabric is a shiny ivory rayon satin. So old Hollywood! A real collectors item.

This is one of the cutest little boy's vintage suits we have ever seen! It's a 3 piece matching set from France. A tan plaid vest, a bow tie, and pants with attached suspenders. The bow tie has an elastic band to go around his shirt collar comfortably. Very well made. All tags are in French it's a very soft wool poly blend. Lined in white cotton. Pants zip in front. Circa 50's - 60's. Great for photo shoots too.

These vintage late 50's dresses are so adorable. We have 3 all matching. 2 unworn, This one has 2 small repairs on the front but other than that, mint. The other 2 are sold separately. White & navy blue check with little heart shaped buttons, and navy blue rick rack trim. Ties in the back at the waist, buttons in the front, unlined. Adorable!

This is one of the cutest little boys vintage suits we've ever seen! So rare & collectible.� A vintage white linen suit from the 40's. A jacket and matching shorts. Shorts have elastic in back and a built in belt with a metal buckle. Front and back pockets lined in white cotton. Suit is unlined. The jacket has 3 pockets. A great looking warm weather suit perfect for photo shoots or daytime parties for your little gentleman. He'll be the talk of the party!
The cap looks perfect with this suit, the color matches but the label is different so it's sold separately & is listed here in the kids clothing section.

This antique lace and satin baby dress is too adorable for words. So sweet and lovely. It's made of ivory silky satin, probably rayon but it's not labeled. It has sheer lace inserts and little delicate ballet pink ribbon rose buds across the front. The sleeves are rounded and puffy. Unlined. Circa 30's.

This was hand washed in chemical free natural soap. We don't believe in using ANY chemicals on kids clothing.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Normal Minor General Wear. It has a very small repair to the satin in back on side near bottom.

The leopard print velvet belt is just too sweet! It has a gold tone metal buckle. The full skirt and classic style is just so rare in kids clothing. It has an elastic waist for easy fit, it's very stretchy, unlined, full skirt, buttons in back. Easy care wash n wear too.

This amazing designer vintage tweed coat & matching bonnet set for kids reminds us of that movie. Both girls & boys look adorable in this little story book style vintage children's outfit from the 50's. New old stock, unworn still with original tags. The color of the wool tweed is a gray blue. Fully lined in rayon, trimmed in soft velvet. So rare & amazing condition you just can't find these anymore. Especially in this great style that 's still very much in fashion. If you were to buy a new designer set of equal quality you'd have to look at labels like Dolce & Gabana children's clothing that is very expensive. This kids vintage coat set is couture quality.

1920's Black Silk Velvet Antique Jacket

This is a very old antique silk velvet jacket from around the turn of the century. Made of very black silk velvet with white cotton crotchet collar and a black silk lining. It has shell or shell like buttons that are for looks only, it had small metal hooks for closures in the front. Trimmed with cream ivory yarn.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. For it's age it has normal to light general wear. The elbows and underarms of the velvet have wear, the nap is worn down. Some of the cream trim yarn is worn away in places but not too much. The color is nice and clean with no holes or other problems, it has a tiny faint yellow spot. The body of the velvet is in great shape very wearable, inside silk has minimal problems.

This is a gorgeous antique vintage baby dress from the flapper era 1920's. Made of all silk, it has delicate floral embroidery front and back, buttons in the back, &� is unlined. The color is an ivory silk with pinks, and baby blue stitching. Amazing quality. We hand washed in non toxic natural soap.

1950's Grey Flannel Girls Vintage Swing Dress

Here's another super adorable Kids vintage dress for a girl. Made of washable grey flannel with it's original belt and tags still attached. Never worn. Full skirt. Skirt is Unlined, Bodice is partially lined, elastic� in the back of waist for a comfy fit. Fabric is not very heavy, a medium weight fabric. A classic! The paper clips on the back of the belt, in the photos, is how the belt was packaged originally with the dress. We chose to leave them.

This little vintage dress from the 70's is just adorable. Soft neutral sandy beige fabric trimmed in lace and crochet. The 2 front pockets are heart shaped. It has an elastic waistband and is unlined. There are no tags so we don't know for sure what the fabric is. It's not cotton, possible synthetic, it's lightweight, soft and has slight stretch. This dress is a pullover style with no zippers or other closures. An adorable young girls vintage dress!

Here's a real classic. A 1950's white cotton with navy blue trim sailor nautical style baby dress. It's from Robinson's Department store which was a big upscale store based here in So Cal. This adorable vintage kids dress is unlined, buttons in the back. The cotton is very soft.

We don't believe in using ANY chemicals on kids clothing. This dress was hand washed in non toxic organic soap.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Only Minor general Wear mostly just from cleaning.

Another little amazing vintage story book children's outfit...soft green tweed wool jacket with matching pleated skirt with button suspenders. Jacket is lined in soft green rayon. Skirt has a bit of elastic in back of the waist. Too cute for words! Must be seen to be believed. Been in a plastic storage box since the 1950's! Never worn, new old stock. Couture quality.

This is such an adorable and very rare late 40's early 50's vintage dress for a girl, we're having a hard time parting with it, it's so adorable!!

We've acquired some original vintage children's clothing from the 40's, 50's, 60's, and some 20's baby items too, all with original tags unworn. We're just starting to list them.
It has elastic in the back, unlined quilted cotton, simple and too cute for words with the little embroidered bow detail on the skirt!
