1950's Glamorous White Blond Real Fox Fur Wrap Shrug

This is a very special & rare find! A real blond fox fur wrap & shrug from the 1950's. It has matching blond colored silk velvet with sequined embroidered flowers running through the middle of the wrap on the outside for added glamor! Marilyn Monroe worthy! The color is not pure white but a natural pale blond. Inside is lined in ivory silk with 2 pockets & has metal fabric covered hooks to wrap it into a shrug style with sleeves, but you can also hook it in front as just a wrap. A very well made and unusual vintage fur evening wrap / stole. Most vintage fur wraps are plain but this one is extra special and glamorous! This wrap is not heavy, it's a nice fluffy lightweight fur...very high quality. Old Hollywood glamor style at it's best! --This would also make the most wonderful bridal wrap!!!

We love this big warm, soft vintage sweater jacket. It's a rare size too...on the smaller side, perfect for a woman or boy. Usually these are really big for men but this is a womans size. It has big wooden buttons in front, unlined, and a big warm collar. The colors are naturals...tans, creams, & browns.

1960's Blue Paisley MOD Era Trench Coat - M

Here is such a wonderful and super chic vintage trench coat from the 1960's. It's made of a royal dark blue denim with a red, white, & blue paisley design print all over. It buttons up in front, has wonderful details and very well made. Fully lined in solid reddish /blue rayon. We love the cape-let around the shoulders and back...so English! It looks like London MOD style all the way.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Minor general wear. The only real flaw is on the right side shoulder - toward the back & a little on the elbow - it has some fading (see photos). The rest of the coat is rich and new looking but the sun has caused some fading just on the one area, but it does not interfere with the wearing unless you're looking for brand new. It's a wonderful coat & looks amazing on. We had it dry cleaned. There's one small inside repair to liner at bottom hem.

This is a very handsome & classic men's vintage coat from the 1960's. A rugged chocolate brown real shearling sheep fur leather coat. Tortoise shell buttons in front, side pockets, inside is dark brown fur, outside is the soft but rugged leather or rough out & trimmed in sheep fur. A man's vintage coat that's Marlboro Man cool! You know it's well made when it has the SEARS� Men's Shop label. Sturdy and in amazing condition!

We love vintage sweaters from the 1970's in this rock star worthy bohemian style. It has flared bell shaped long sleeves, a tie belt wrap closure, & is unlined. We LOVE the chic design that is a cross between Missoni & a Native American influence. It has a zig zag design. The colors are a soft muted blues gray and soft rusts. Easy care hand washable.

1920's Art Deco Cape Black Velvet - M

Here is a wonderful antique Art Deco era black cape made of a velvet fabric and 3 button closure. One hidden button on the neck/collar and 2 big silver colored metal buttons in front with an Art Deco design. The cape is fully lined in black, we don't know exactly what it's made of, cape has no tags. We've seen a few capes in similar styles described as cocoon style capes. These were popular in the 1920's and 1930's. This one is in amazing condition.

1960's Janis Joplin Era Long Hooded HIPPIE Coat - M

Here is a seriously cool vintage hippie style coat from the late 1960's. A very rare and chic long coat made of black velvet with creamy white cotton embroidery all over. It's trimmed in white faux fur and fully lined in green rayon. The coat is sleeveless and has a hood also trimmed in fur. It has leather straps in front that tie closed. Very well made and just the coolest rock star worthy coat we have seen in a long time! Bohemian rich hippie style at it's best. It reminds us of Janis Joplin...it's just the style of vintage coat she would have worn.

This vintage short jacket is adorable. It's from the 50's 60's and made of very realistic looking dark brown faux mink fur with a rusty brown rayon satin liner. The buttons are beautiful deep purple with black rhinestones in a very mid century style. The sleeves are shorter, about elbow length. We absolutely love the style of this chic little jacket, it will never go out of fashion! So reminds us of Jackie O!

It looks great belted also and has 2 arm holes in front. It looks English to us... London in the 60's! Well made, of course, or it would not be allowed here on Posh Girl!

A rare find indeed...this 60's Pucci era vintage coat still has it's original hang tags and looks unworn too. A coat so gorgeous I've been trying to decide if I want to keep it. It's a nice wearable size, has it's own original matching belt, lined, high quality, designer label. Joseph Stein was a well known upscale designer coat & suit line. Finding another one will be next to impossible!

This is a super cool and very well made ivory & black wool plaid cape coat & matching skirt from the mid to late 60's to early 70's. Skirt is lined in red rayon & has a metal zipper. It's basically a cape with buttons on each arm hole and one on the front for closures. It's unlined and not overly heavy but warm none the less for colder fall days. The cape looks great with jeans or over dresses. You may only want to wear the coat or wear them separately. Bullocks Wilshire was a very high end department store here in L.A. back in it's day. They only carried high end clothing.

Here's a super cute and fun addition to any wardrobe...a pink vintage mod 60's vintage spy style trench or over coat. Metal hardware and big round mod pockets with zippers. Fully lined. The fabric is a buttery soft real suede in a mottled pink color. Such a fun coat to have in any wardrobe. It fits one of us here like a glove...very well made and a chic cut. No weird shape or sewing like on some cheaply made coats. Sleeves are not short. This looks really cool and is very flattering on. Looks better on a person than in the photos. A walking slit in back, fitted waist, rounded mod collar and lapels, silver metal original buttons. We tried it on wearing all black and it looked REALLY cute!!! A splash of pink over all black.� We almost changed our minds about selling it.

We've had this identical coat once before,� except it had a Lilli Ann label in it. This one does not, but it's just as cute and well made. It might have gotten lost over the years but to us it's worthy of her label. Dark brown leather with soft slightly fuzzy faux fur in a very realistic & high quality leopard print. A lot of vintage leopard print coats look cheap & fake...you won't find any of those here at Posh Girl! This coat has nice color and style, fully lined in dark brown. Gold metal buttons. This one is a late 60's early 70's Ossie Clark & Biba era vintage coat... a London boutique coat...so chic...so luxe hippie...so rock star! White leather with very black & very soft faux fur...at least we think it's faux. So soft it feels like your running your hands across baby powder. We show it with one of our belts that's not included. But it looks great with one of your own or unbelted. Fully lined in black, & has side pockets. It has very small metal hooks for closures.

1960's Gandalf Rose Painted Patch Work Leather Jacket - M

Here's a very hard to find vintage late 60's early 70's leather jacket. Made by Gandalf leather from Detroit. It has no tag or liner but the painted rose patchwork leather is only seen on vintage Gandalf leathers. We have 2 others with the tag & they match this jacket & the roses exactly. It's unmistakably Gandalf! The leather is soft, sturdy, broken in with only minor wear.

1960's East West Style Painted Leather Coat

This one of a kind, late 60's early 70's bohemian style hippie leather coat, is hand painted by Baifall Dream in the East West style. The coat was made in Canada of very dark brown real fur collar and deer skin suede and leather. We think collar is sheep fur but it has no label. Inside liner is black acetate that has a warmer liner on the underside so this coat is very warm and cozy. It has buttons in the front and a soft tie belt. Super collectible investment piece that will never go down in value or out of style. Rich hippie at it's best!

1960's Fox Fur Trim Gray Mod Coat - M

This is a super adorable 60's vintage coat. The color is a pale soft neutral gray with a slight oatmeal color to it. It's not blueish nor does it have any colored tone to it, like it looks in the photos... Just a soft light gray. The flash , we think, makes it have a blue hue. The trim is natural silver/gray blond real fox fur. The buttons on the belt have little rhinestones on them (a few missing). It closes with heavy metal snaps and hooks in front. Lined in gray satin. A classic!

This is a super cool and chic 1960's vintage coat / jacket in leopard print faux fur. The quality is outstanding. The print is very realistic looking not that that phony cheap fabric that you see a lot. This is vintage coat is very well made and looks so great on which is why we chose this for Posh Girl! It's double breasted with a big black faux textured leather collar... spy coat style. Inside is lined in black rayon in really excellent condition. It has 2 big hip pockets and the sleeves are not short like some 60's coats, these fall to the wrists when we tried it on.

Condition Details: No holes or stains. Hardly any wear. The inside liner has no real signs of wear very black, the fur also looks almost new. The collar is a textured faux leather, we're not sure if it has some normal minor wear around the neck where it touches your clothing or if that is just the texture because the rest of the coat looks unworn inside and out. The only faintest of wear is just from being vintage. Colors are rich and unfaded.

This vintage long vest jacket is so cute on! The photos look boxy but when it's on it has a great shape...it's fitted in the bodice with darts then it gently flares out at the bottom. We LOVE this thing. It looks great with so many outfits...over jeans & a T-shirt or a black fitted skirt or little black dress... just to mention a few of the ways you can wear this rare vintage designer piece by Giorgio of Beverly Hills... from the 60's, it has high side slits, black cotton Asian inspired button hooks in front,� fully lined in black. The outer fabric is black, cream, and silver stripes...we believe it's silk but it's not labeled. Did we say we love this!?!

This is an elegant vintage evening cape or cloak from the 60s. Jet black velvet, probably cotton. Fully lined with a black satin. It's a very luxurious & heavy cape, not those thin lightweight and sort of stiff ones you see allot of. Made by Joseph Magnin of the famous I. Magnin department store so you know it's a well made piece of vintage clothing! We love anything by this label, they're up there equal to Saks Fifth Avenue in style & quality. This cape has a neru collar and the top button is silver colored metal with chunky rhinestones. All the other buttons are velvet. The arm openings are in the front and side. It looks great belted too! We show it with a belt that is not included.

It's small through the shoulder so if you have wide or big shoulders it probably won't fit. It fits one of us here who wears a size 6/7 dress or coat.

This is an adorable and super cool vintage jacket / short coat from the 60's.Made of super soft cotton chenille in a green, white, & yellow floral print. It still has it's original matching belt with metal buckle. The style is so great...double breasted, darts and a fitted sexy silhouette. Lined.

Condition Details: Freshly dry cleaned. No holes or stains. Minor General Wear. At 1st coat looks almost new but when you look real close you see it has a few faint discolorations to white color in normal places like the neck, the belt, & a few edges, & on upper back. There are no real stains or obvious spots just a few places on the chenille of normal wear from use and age, faint discoloration (see 2 up close photos).

Here is another totally chic and super extra gorgeous - late 60's early 70's - vintage fur trim coat. Bohemian posh hippie style! We chose this coat for many reasons but mainly because of the really cool & unusual style. Posh Girl Vintage is so popular because we have clothing that's not that easy to find. This coat is a perfect example. The fabric & the length are different than most of the vintage sheep fur coats you see. It's made of wool in browns & creamy tans. Sort of tweed like but not tweed. It has neat big pockets, heavy metal fabric snap closures, lined in brown taffeta, & a tie belt. Fresh clean and puffy natural sheep fur collar & cuffs.

This is a super cool 60's vintage mink fur coat jacket. The fur is real mink in a natural pale blond color. It also is made of tan faux leather . The metal closures/buttons in the front are magnets and is lined in Pucci style print fabric we think is silk. Looks great belted or left as is.

We're madly in love with this vintage princess style coat! Circa mid 50's...made of red cotton canvas with black faux fur and cording trim design. The color is a classic medium red... not orange... not blueish... Fire engine is probably the closest shade. Inside is lined in quilted black fabric that is very warm. It's a winter coat. Metal zipper in front, hood, fitted through the waist & hips flare out a bit for that cute princess style.

Condition Details: Minor general wear mostly just to red fabric. Black is very black and fur is in exceptional shape, very black. There are 2 small flaws on red: a small faint spot on left pocket (see photo) and a faint spot in back near hem looks like just a soil spot from sitting. We love the fabric, it's a soft muted green/brown with specks of cream and red... ivory satin lining inside... 3/4 sleeves. There's real dark brown mink fur trim sewn on. We just love the bow in the back! It has a boxy shape. Fabric covered metal hooks in front.

There's one pocket in front with a blue matching fabric covered button closure, those same matching buttons are also on the sleeves/ cuffs. We think this can be worn by men or women. The back has pleats, it's very well made with details that give it a wonderful style.

This is a stunning vintage antique evening jacket from the 1930's. Art Deco old Hollywood glamor at it's finest! We LOVE the deco rhinestone clasp at the neck...two metal squares with rhinestones all over. These are the only closures on the jacket. Inside is lined in ivory satin. We're pretty sure the velvet is silk but there are no tags. The shoulders are puffed up and padded in that classic 30's style. Just so beautiful!

Made of jet black silk velvet with an ivory silk liner and rhinestone metal button at the neck... 20's / 30's art deco style... it has a gathering / ruching around the shoulders arms and collar. The shoulders are padded so they are raised/puffed up on top. Waist is nipped in. It's a little too big for our size 3/4 mannequin so the fit is not the best in the photos.

This is a gorgeous vintage 20's / 30's deco style black real fur coat (probably sheared mink but we're not 100% sure as it is not labeled) with 3 big round fur buttons on the front. The fur is so soft it feels like powdered sugar. It's very black and lined in black silk. It has a small pocket in the front that's hard to see in the photos. It also has side pockets & padded rounded shoulders. A gorgeous vintage fur coat!

Condition Details: Fur looks almost new, it was well cared for. Hardly any wear just a tad near hooks wear you would expect. No stains. We spent about 30 minutes inspecting this for holes and found only one small one on the underarm of the left sleeve. You can't see it but you can feel it. It's about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Price reflects this & it's sold as is.

This vintage mink fur jacket / short coat is amazing & sooo rare! Very light blond real mink fur with a matching silk liner inside. Couture quality. The buttons are also really glamorous, made of simulated pearls with rhinestones. It looks almost like a wrap but it does have short sleeves. Inside has 2 pockets in the silk lining. The condition is amazing. We acquired this from original owner, she said she wore it one time and stored it very well for all these years. It looks very well cared for. This is sooo Marilyn Monroe...the epitome of 1950's glamor.

1960's Ivory Silk Asian Shiromuku Bridal Kimono Coat - M

This is a stunning vintage bridal kimono coat called a Shiromuku. It's made of gorgeous real ivory or eggshell color silk with an Asian damask design with cranes and lettering. Cranes symbolize longevity, auspiciousness & purity. This style and color is the most desired. Around the bottom the kimono hem, it has thick padding inside, it gives it such a great looking shape! Very well made with hand finishing, fully lined in silk, buttons and heavy fabric covered metal snaps in front. It has a fitted shape for a flattering fit. This would be perfect for a wedding or bridal coat as well as a beautiful evening coat. So dramatic and unusual.

---A shiromuku is the traditional white or off-white Japanese kimono worn for the wedding ceremony itself. These have normally been brocaded, damask or embroidered garments. Cranes & floral motifs predominate. Some of the loveliest are soft eggshell-colored silk satins.

1930's Black Satin Art Deco Film Noire Style Jacket - M

This is a stunning vintage / antique jacket from the 1930's art deco era made of silky jet black satin. The inside is lined in ivory. The sleeves are so pretty, they're big full poet style sleeves. A wonderful evening jacket. Film noire style wrap for a photo shoot or outfit. It closes in front of the neck with a big tie bow along with a big round satin button. Simple and so elegant. Old Hollywood glamor style in amazing condition. Satin usually doesn't hold up over the years but this evening coat was clearly not worn much at all because it looks almost new. Bullock's was a high end department store in Los Angeles that started in 1904. It's very well made. A real rare find.

We're madly in love with 1930's coats, especially the feminine princess style coats like this one. Film Noire style! This antique - vintage coat is from the art deco era of the 30's early 40's. It's so flattering and feminine with the fitted waist, padded & tailored shoulders and flared out bottom. It has a walking slit in back, hip pockets, & buttons all the way down the front. It's made of black all wool tweed. It's super soft and so well made. A quality coat that will never go out of style. It's not a lightweight coat so it's very warm but not super heavy either, just a nice medium weight wool. It goes with everything. No wardrobe is complete without one of these hard to find princess coats!

Here's an adorable antique flapper era, jet black, silk velvet jacket from the 1900's to 1920's. It's double breasted with 4 velvet buttons in front and lined in a gold ivory colored silk. We love how the sleeves are flared out from the elbows down and the collar is big with 3 layers...so romantic! This art deco style jacket is very well made, fully lined and very sturdy. Black is very hard to photograph especially velvet, but this is in really nice condition especially for it's age. We lightened up the photos so the details can be seen. The flared sleeves are line din black silk.� This jacket looks great either dressed up with dresses or with a bit more casual with jeans...very versatile.

This is a seriously cool vintage black cashmere & silk tuxedo tails jacket from the 30's, 40's. We're amazed at the great condition as well as it's high quality. Padded shoulders, wide lapels, fully lined, wonderful fitted tailoring & the superb quality of the fabric. Truly old Hollywood glamor at it's best. It has no labels but we're pretty sure it's cashmere. The very black wool fabric is so soft & we know & love cashmere. The buttons are silk covered and the lapels are a heavy silk. We are pretty sure the liner is all silk too. This vintage formal evening jacket does not close but they have 6 buttons in front as well as 4 buttons on each cuff. The top chest pocket still has it's stitching inside almost fully intact, that means it was probably worn only 1 time if that.

This is a seriously cool vintage cape from the 60's. Made of soft high quality real suede leather that is NOT stiff, it's a supple soft feel in a pretty sand or light tan color. It's trimmed in white faux fur that is very realistic feeling. High quality all around. It has 3 metal snap closures in front and 2 fur trimmed armholes on the side/front. Unlined. A super chic alternative to a coat.

It has every bit of quality that his current top of the line clothing has. Fairly heavy & warm gray wool with wonderful design details...big side pockets, wide lapels, a tie belt. Fully lined. It's a wrap & belt style with no button closures in front. Cuffs have buttons. Walking slits in back. A classic style coat that will never go out of style.

When buttoned can also be a dress...it flares out at the bottom delicately for the best shape! Fully lined in red silk, side pockets also lined in silk, slightly padded shoulders, black velvet collar and buttons. The buttons are works of art in themselves...black velvet with gold metallic embroidered crowns on them. Very well made... Simply an amazing piece of vintage clothing!

� This is a real collectors item. Late 60's early 70's rock star boutique clothing is very desirable. This is from the same place & time as Ossie Clark, Biba, Granny Takes A Trip, etc... Same quality, same great hip style! This 70's vintage punk/biker style jacket is made of brown velvet with dark brown tiger stripes and a big metal zipper in front & on the cuffs. Inside velvet fabric is backed with a natural colored cotton. Shape is nipped in at the waist a bit for a great fit. Seriously cool!

Here is a vintage, late 70's early 80's, gold yellow satin jacket from the Giorgio Of Beverly Hills Signature line. It has the logo on the back and chest with black piping. Cuffs and waist are stretchy sweater like material. Zips up the front. Lined in yellow. Easy care hand washable. Very popular during the Studio 54 craze. Vintage designer chic!

There is a small pen mark on the back of one shoulder (see photo) and a few faint signs of wear in typical places like the cuffs, zipper, pockets etc.. no real stains just slight scuff marks from use. One small faint red pea sized mark on back of one arm. Overall looks great and not that worn but when you look up close you can see it.

Here's one of the most amazing vintage coats we've seen in along time. I. Magnin had amazing clothing just like Saks Fifth Avenue did back in the day. This is an early 70's long black velvet double breasted designer over coat or evening coat with dramatic puffy shoulders. Fully lined with some padding inside the liner on the shoulders, wide lapels. It has a great fit with a nipped in waist for a sexy silhouette. It also has that same amazing rock star style that Ossie Clark & Gandalf coats & jackets had back in the 70's. Coats like these don't come around very often.

Here's a vintage 60's leather & fur vest that's VERY rare. It's a Woodstock era vintage hippie jacket! We've seen a photo of Jim Morrison wearing an identical one of these as well as George Harrison. White suede with blond & brown fur inside and trimmed in a silky blond fur. We think the body is sheep but we do not know what kind of fur it's trimmed in. The suede is embroidered in matching thread. Side pockets.
