Returns
Anything over $100.00 is returnable for store credit or exchange only less shipping fees. We do not sell anything poorly made or that we would not wear ourselves & we clean & repair all clothing items.USA & CANADA ORDERS: If you're not happy with your item(s) you may return it for a store credit or exchange (less shipping) only given that you follow our guidelines / policies below . See below for all the details. Store credits are good forever. For all store credit holders, if there's something specific you want we make an effort to go out and try to find it if we don't have it in our warehouse. Sort of like your own personal shopper! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: With the exception of Canada all foreign
orders paid for through International Checkout are returnable, within 2 days of delivery to you, for store credit only. Late returns will be subject to restock fees or denied depending on how late it is. All shipping, customs, duty fees, or any other charges
related to shipping & taxes are the customers responsibility.
- All our items are sold in as described/as is condition but please remember all items are pre owned authentic vintage clothing from the era advertised & will have a varied degree of wear from near mint condition to well worn. Refer to the condition chart &/or email us for more info about the item you want. Some small flaws are not mentioned, especially if they're hidden (under the collar for example), on the inside, or so small they do not effect the wearing of the item. We do try our hardest to mention most all, if not all flaws with photos.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE do us a big favor & do not purposely damage our clothing in hopes of getting your money back by saying we sent it to you that way. We've been around many years & are hip to this sleazy act. We specifically state that we do NOT give money back for flaws that are not mentioned. It does not mean the item was not accurately represented as all vintage clothing has some form of flaws. We will not accept any return at all if you damage your item. We take tons of up close photos of each & every item inside and out. We only give store credits. We have to be very strict on our policy. It helps keep prices down & prevents other fraud. We value honesty & try our hardest to make your shopping here pleasant we really appreciate the same in return. Thank you for understanding!
- If you do a charge back we will charge $30 per hour for the time that we took to fight it, off of your store credit.
- Sorry but due to sanitary reasons lingerie is NOT returnable.
- If an order is canceled before it ships or even on the same day you placed the order, it's still subject to the policies.
- Please do not try to force yourself into an item that is too small, it may split the seams & tear, or try on clothes when smoking, eating, or wearing perfume, deodorant, or makeup, or let pets sit on them. If you do the return will be rejected & you will need to send more shipping money to get it back or we may deduct a repair & cleaning fee.
- If you need an alteration please arrange appointment before you receive the dress/item as we have a 2 day return window after delivery.
- Placing an order with PoshGirlVintage.com means you agree to all our terms of use policies.
- We want you to be happy & return to shop so please feel free to speak to us about any issues or questions about items, sizing or anything else : )
What to Do:
- Email us ASAP that you want to return the item. Wait for our confirmation email so we can give you instructions.
- The item needs to be returned to us within 2 days of your delivery date & in the exact same condition as we sent it out in with all tags still attached. This includes NO odors such as smoke odors, perfume, food, NO alterations, split seams, stains, or make up smudges. All belts & other decorations if any must be together. Late returns are subject to restock fees of 10% or more depending on how late they are & is at out discretion. If you keep them over a weekend then we can not accept a late return at all.
- Mail the package to the address we sent you (the return address on the box & on the packing slip) within 2 days of the date the package was delivered to you by the post office, not from when you opened the box. When we get it back, we will send you your store credit, or the new item you chose. We are not responsible for lost items that are left with no signature or insurance.
- We always provide proof of mailing, insurance, delivery & signature confirmation on all packages. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail so we require insurance at the buyers expense on all items.
- If you do not pick up your order from the post office and it sits until they return it back to us it's NOT considered a return. This ties up the stock for people who really want or need it. Thanks for understanding.
