How to Order



All our vintage items are sold in As Described / As Is condition & returnable for exchange or store credit only see return policy for the details.

We do not sell anything poorly made or that we would not wear ourselves & we clean & repair all clothing items.

  • Please realize the sizes are the dresses / items measurements and not yours. You may need to be a bit smaller than the dresses listed measurements to fit comfortably. Best way to know is to compare measurements to a similar dress or item you own now. It's very common & well known that most vintage will need to be tailored to fit you perfectly.
  • We work regular business hours Monday Through Fri and some Saturdays. We usually get to your emails within hours if not minutes but on occasion when we are doing a photo shoot or on the weekends we do not get to them right away but don't worry we will get back to you ASAP.
  • Please remember items will have a varied degree of wear from near mint condition to well worn. Refer to the condition chart &/or email us for more info about the item you want.
  • We clean & repair all items before putting them up for sale. We're not clothing restorers but we do our best to provide our items in the best possible condition. We also simply refuse to sell anything that's badly made or in too poor of condition. But please remember these are actual vintage pieces and most have some form of general wear from use & age. On average they are about 50 years old. A few items have never been worn but because they are old will have a touch of wear from age & storage. All major flaws are mentioned & or photographed, occasionally we will not mention minor flaws that are hidden, inside, & or do not affect the item or the wearing of it. Sometimes we miss small & or faint things or things fall off or happen during shipping but we try our hardest to get them out in the best possible condition & 99.5% of the time we do. If you only want mint brand spankin new condition then vintage clothing is probably not for you.
  • Please remember we're a small 2 person family business. We're not Macy's and don't have the manpower to run our business like they do. We try our hardest to be as efficient as they are but some times things take us longer. We make up for that by giving personal attention and know most of our regular customers & what they like. We even go out on shopping trips for special requests or look for items in our ware house that they would like.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is being dishonest, rude, etc... It takes time away from our other customers and we much prefer a happy stress free environment.

PAYMENT
  • We have a very safe site secured with an SSL through GoDaddy.com & a payment processor through Wells Fargo & Verisign.
  • We accept:
  • Visa,  Mastercard, American Express, & Discover card
  • US cash sent by registered mail.
  • Money Orders are excepted but we wait at least 2 weeks to verify they are real and cleared then we ship.
  • Western Union or Money Gram money transfers  payment must be sent within 2 days of order.
  • International Checkout is for overseas credit cards only: please email us & tell us which item you ordered through Inter. Checkout so we can make sure it gets held for you.
  • California residents must pay sales tax.
  • Just use the Add To Bag button and follow the directions.
  • Valid Tracking # & carrier info for any snail mail payment must be sent within 2 days or order will be canceled.
  • We do NOT accept personal or business checks of any kind foreign or domestic.
Paypal: We do not accept Paypal.


Lay-A-Way: We have lay-a-way plans for orders $300.00 & over or $1000.00 & over. You need to pay half up front and the remaining half in 30 days or sooner. If the order is $1000.00 or more you may have up to 60 days to pay. Please email us for all info & instructions  - All deposits are non refundable & all items put on lay-a-way are non returnable, even if you do not complete the sale...Sorry no exceptions. It holds up stock for us and for others who really want the items. One layaway order at a time only, no exchanging items after layaway is started,  & no more than 3 items at a time. Lay-a-way is not available for International Checkout users.



NON US Credit Cards (except Canada) must go through International Checkout to complete the order. They're a trusted 3rd party company that verifies all non US credit cards. Just click on the orange International Checkout button when you go to pay for your order but please do email us and tell us which item you ordered through them so we can make sure it gets held for you. They're a separate company from us & the shipping charges are calculated by them only. All international shipments processed thru International Checkout are subject to their terms and conditions. To pay by Western Union or Money Gram wire transfer:

1. Just use the check out and choose the Money Order option for payment, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions ASAP, After you receive the instructions payment must be made within 2 days or order is deleted.

2. You can use your credit card to Send payment through WESTERN UNION  www.westernunion.com or MONEY GRAM: http://www.moneygram.com and send online or over the phone to the name & address on the confirmation email.


SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide USPS boxed Priority or Express with insurance & signature confirmation. We can try but, can not promise, same day or next day shipping, payments must clear before we ship & there's up to a 72 hour processing time before your order is shipped. We ship twice a week usually Thursdays & Fridays. We can't guarantee a delivery date as we are not responsible for the postal services delivery. Because most of our stock is irreplaceable, We will NOT ship uninsured or untraceable & all items require a signature and will not be left if no one is there to sign. The package will be held at the post office for you to pick up with proper ID if no one is home to sign. If you need your items by a certain date please put that on the order comment box & we'll try, but can't promise, to get it out right away. If it's around the holidays or we get a ton of orders at once we do get slowed down. Please remember we are not Macy's, we're a small, 2 person family business, and go as fast as we can. We're very active in preventing credit card fraud so we only ship to the name & address on credit cards. If address does not match the one on the card it will be declined.
