We chose this wonderful 1950's vintage dress for so many reasons...the color is one of our favorites! We LOVE this soft tan/ sand/ fleshy blush colored lace! It's perfect for a wedding dress when the bride doesn't want to wear white or for a reception dress or it works great for a non wedding event too. Then there's the rich emerald green silk velvet waistband & little hanging bow-like detail...it's so gorgeous too and to have these 2 colors together is really stunning! The velvet is NOT a crushed velvet. The dress has a metal zipper in back, darts, light bodice boning, silk lining. The straps are lined in sheer matching tulle/netting & are tapered & wide. The dress is very well made. The lace is beautiful...it's made with rows of lace. It's also a larger sized which is hard to find in vintage dresses. We can't say enough about how much we love this adorable vintage dress!
- We have LAY-A-WAY! - See "Ordering + Lay Away" page for details.
No holes or stains. There are no signs of wear to the normal places like on the straps and zipper or underarms. This dress looks never worn. It has slight wear just from being vintage but there are no signs of use. It's way too big for the mannequin so the fit in the photos is not the best, it makes it look like it has wrinkles when it does not in person.Label:
